Dear Bobby,
Abortion is the leading cause of death in America.
It kills more than 1.4 million babies each year. That's more than all the deaths from cancer, heart disease and stroke!
And although pro-lifers have fought many battles since Roe v. Wade, you and I have never had an opportunity to save unborn babies like we do RIGHT NOW.
You see, national outrage against Hillary Clinton's radical abortion-on-demand platform resulted in sweeping changes for the pro-life cause.
From the White House to state legislatures, hundreds of new pro-life candidates were swept into office.
These newly elected candidates are people who had done more than merely call themselves "pro-life."
Rather they pledged on your National Pro-Life Alliance's candidate survey to confirm judges who would respect the Constitutional right to life, end taxpayer funding of abortion and fight to END abortion by passing bills like a Life at Conception Act.
As a result, support for our legislation to overturn Roe v. Wade is stronger than ever.
In fact, the Life at Conception Act ended last year with an all-time record number of cosponsors.
The gains in Congress were accompanied by similar gains in more than 2/3 of state legislatures that now have a majority of elected officials who ran as pro-life.
So you see, everything is "thumbs up" for big pro-life legislative victories, IF we just have the resources to take advantage of our opportunities.
But as you well know, nothing in politics moves unless it is pushed.

That's because pro-lifers have grown increasingly outraged by the radical "abortion-on-demand without exception" agenda forced upon us by unelected, unaccountable judges.
You see, prior to Roe v. Wade, the elected legislators of virtually every state had voted to make abortion illegal.
Yet suddenly with the stroke of a pen, nine unelected Supreme Court judges declared they didn't know who a "person" was . . .
. . . and then judicially invented a so-called "right to privacy" so broad that virtually all attempts by legislators to prohibit abortion have been struck down by courts.
Every year since January 22, 1973, the popular outrage has grown as Courts have:*** nullified laws to prohibit gruesome, late-term abortions on fully formed babies;
*** invalidated statutes to require parental involvement before abortions on minors who would in other circumstances have to get parental permission simply to get an aspirin from the school nurse;
*** blocked attempts to prohibit abortion-causing drugs.
As tragic as these judicial edicts are -- they have stoked the fires of grass-roots outrage.
Yet before members of the National Pro-Life Alliance began an earnest national campaign for the Life at Conception Act, there was nothing that could be done to stop judicial tyranny.
Courts simply struck down whatever legislation that pro-lifers were able to pass.
But the Life at Conception Act is different.
It legislatively establishes unborn children as "persons" as defined by the 14th Amendment, entitled to legal protection.
This is the one thing the Supreme Court admitted in Roe v. Wade that would cause the case for legal abortion to "collapse."
Hence the importance of the Life at Conception Act -- your National Pro-Life Alliance's top priority. It uses the Supreme Court's own language against itself.
In Roe v. Wade the Supreme Court admitted:"If this suggestion of personhood is established, the appellant's case [that is, "Roe" who sought an abortion], of course collapses, for the fetus' right to life is then guaranteed specifically by the [14th] Amendment."That's exactly what the Life at Conception Act would do -- legally define "person" to include and protect the unborn.
But this simple, logical and obviously right legislation will not become law without a serious fight.
And that's where your help as a SENTINEL FOR THE VOICELESS is critical.
Although a majority of Americans favor ending our court-imposed regime of virtually unlimited abortion-on-demand, we're up against a $1.2 billion a year abortion lobby -- largely funded with OUR tax dollars.
Yet thanks to the results of this Presidential election and the last three congressional elections, you and I are in a better position than ever to force an up or down roll call vote on the Life at Conception Act.
We now have a president who pledged in writing to sign a Life at Conception Act.
